Hướng dẫn bài tập
Answer 1: Childhood herb growing
Well, when I was younger, I grew herbs like mint and basil in small pots on our balcony with my mother's guidance. Actually, this early gardening experience taught me about responsibility and patience while providing fresh ingredients for family cooking. Though the plants were simple, I suppose learning to nurture living things gave me appreciation for nature and the effort required for cultivation.
Vocabulary:
• grew herbs = trồng thảo mộc
• gardening experience = kinh nghiệm làm vườn
Answer 2: School bean sprouting project
To be honest, I only remember growing plants during elementary school science projects where we sprouted beans in cotton and water. I mean, this basic plant cultivation activity lasted only a few weeks and was mainly for educational purposes rather than serious gardening. However, I do recall feeling excited watching the tiny green shoots emerge and learning about plant growth cycles for the first time.
Vocabulary:
• growing plants = trồng cây
• plant cultivation = trồng trọt cây cối
